What payment processor do you use?

AuthorLoft uses Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account, and payments go directly to you. AuthorLoft never touches your money.

What percentage does AuthorLoft take?

Zero. AuthorLoft does not take a cut of your sales. You keep 100% of the revenue minus standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

Can I still list my books on Amazon and other retailers?

Absolutely. You can add retailer links (Amazon, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, etc.) alongside your direct sales. Many authors do both — direct sales for maximum revenue, retailers for maximum reach.

How do readers get their ebooks after purchase?

Readers receive an instant download link after checkout. Files are delivered securely — readers can download immediately.

Which plan do I need to sell books?

Direct sales require the Standard plan ($19.99/month) or Premium plan ($79.99/month). The Free plan lets you list books with retailer links but not process direct sales.
