How it works

1. **Open /admin/promote** in your dashboard.

2. **Tell it what the post is about** — one of your books, a recent AuthorLoft News update, or a free-text topic.

3. **Pick a platform** — Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Threads, and Bluesky on Standard. LinkedIn and TikTok unlock on Premium.

4. **Pick a promo type** — Sale, New Release, Behind the Scenes, Quote from the Book, Reader Spotlight, and 9 more.

5. **Click Generate.** Tweak the hashtags (click a chip to remove it). Hit Copy. Paste to the platform.

It sounds like you, not a robot

The first time you use Social Promote, set a **voice description** — one or two sentences about how your posts should feel. ("Warm and conversational, occasionally playful. Avoid emoji.") Every generation respects that voice. The AI also follows platform-native style — your LinkedIn post will read very differently from your TikTok one.
