What's New at AuthorLoft — June 2026

We've been busy this month building features to help you reach more readers and sell more books. Here's what's new.

📚 The AuthorLoft Bookstore

We launched a brand-new discovery catalog at authorloft.com/bookstore — a shared shelf where readers can browse books from independent authors across every genre, then click through to buy directly from your own site.

Listing is opt-in per book on the Standard and Premium plans, so you choose exactly which titles appear. Premium authors also get a gold "Featured" treatment for extra visibility. It's a free new way to get discovered by readers who don't know you yet.

⭐ Reader Feedback & Ratings

Readers can now leave ratings and reviews on your books, and you stay fully in control — every piece of feedback is moderated by you before it appears. Social proof helps new readers feel confident hitting "buy," and the reviews live right on your book pages.

📰 Introducing AuthorLoft News

This page is new too. AuthorLoft News is where we'll share product updates, new features, specials, and events — separate from our blog of tips and guides. You can browse the archive any time, and search or filter by topic to find what matters to you.

✨ Behind the scenes

We also added search and filtering to the Blog and News pages, refreshed the Bookstore experience, and made dozens of smaller improvements to keep AuthorLoft fast and easy to use.
